南京玄武湖菱洲生态乐园是集游乐、运动、拓展、观光、演艺、文化活动于一体的综合性主题乐园，我们致力于为您提供全新的游乐体验。为确保所有游客都能享有安全愉悦的游乐环境，我们特别提醒您注意以下事项。
一、我们倡导文明游玩，请您注意尊重乐园内的其他游客及工作人员，爱护乐园内的设施设备及花草树木，保持着装得当整齐，有序排队等候，切勿随意奔跑冲撞、追逐打闹、翻越围栏或绿化带、攀登、刻画、涂污或损坏服务设施、燃放烟花爆竹或孔明灯，避免在乐园内随地吐痰、乱扔垃圾，或实施其他妨碍他人的不文明行为。
二、您在进入乐园时需主动接受安全检查。为保障公共安全及卫生环境，以下物品将被禁止携带进入乐园：1.电动车、自行车、儿童脚踏车、手推车（常规尺寸的婴儿车及轮椅除外）、滑板、滚轮鞋等装有滑轮的玩乐装备及用具；2.易燃易爆物品、危险品、管制刀具、武器、仿真武器（如玩具枪、玩具爆破器）、易碎品（如玻璃器皿等）、易污染物品及其他法律法规规定的违禁品；3.包括宠物在内的所有动物，但导盲犬除外（导盲犬应栓有系绳并时刻管控，部分游乐项目可能不允许导盲犬进入）；4.大型专业摄影摄像器材、航拍器、大型箱包、风筝、一次性雨具、泳具、水筏、酒精饮料等其他物品；5.其他相关法律法规禁止的物品及其他具有危险性或破坏性的物品。
三、乐园采取一票制，门票一经售出概不退换，且仅限验证一次，出园后再入园的需重新购票。如您有特殊情况需要临时出园再入园的，请您联系工作人员在检票口登记身份信息并录入指纹后方可再次入园。我们有权拒绝使用不合规门票（如系伪造、复制、过期或他人遗失的门票）的游客入园。
四、我们为您提供了丰富的游乐项目，入园后您可自行选择观看演出、游乐体验及参与主题活动等免费项目，但部分互动及游戏服务采取有偿服务，体验需另行支付费用，具体请您留意项目现场的服务告知。每日营业结束前，我们会预先告知游乐项目停止运营的时间，届时将不再提供游乐服务及接受排队，请您注意合理安排行程。
五、乐园内各项游乐设备均配有安全标识牌及游玩说明，请您在游玩前仔细阅读并遵守。为了您的安全，如游乐设备已明确标示不适合身高体重不达标、患有高血压、心脏病、颈（脊）椎或颈背部疾病、癫痫、哮喘、骨折、关节脱臼、孕妇、醉酒者或其他不适宜参加剧烈运动的游客乘坐或游玩的，请您根据自身状态谨慎选择。
六、根据国家相关法律法规规定，如存在恶劣天气情况、游乐设备故障或基于安全需要及设备检修等无法预先通知的情形，我们可能会更改乐园内任何游乐项目的开放时间、临时关闭乐园或乐园内的部分区域、控制入园人数、暂停演出安排及/或部分游乐设备的运营。该等情形下，如您已检票入园，我们将不会实行门票延期或退票，请您谅解。
七、请您注意妥善保管好自己的随身物品，并照顾好同行的老人和儿童，身高1.2米（含）以下儿童及70周岁（含）以上老人则可以凭有效证件免票入园。本着对游客负责的态度，为避免持免费票入园游客无人在旁看护发生意外事故的情况，免票人士需18周岁（含）- 69周岁（含）的持票成人陪同，每名持票成人限带一名免票人士，且应在游园过程中全程陪同。所有陪同的人员须一同排队，听从现场工作人员安排。
八、为维护乐园秩序，您充分理解并同意，未经我们允许，将不会从事以下行为：1.进行非法经营、迷信、赌博、打架斗殴、寻衅滋事、盗窃抢夺、冒充工作人员等违法行为；2.分发、展示、销售、交换任何物品（包括但不限于印刷品、录制品、旗帜、横幅或标识等）或服务（包括但不限于任何形式的导览服务等）；3.进行集会、演出、主题演讲、商业拍摄、录音、采访、直播或其他活动；4.其他违反法律法规及可能对乐园或其他游客造成不良影响的行为。
九、我们为您提供有信息咨询、母婴室、迷童看护、物品寄存、电子设备充电、失物招领、家庭卫生间等服务及设施。如您有需要，请联系我们的工作人员以获得帮助，除指定区域外，乐园内禁止吸烟。
十、我们可能在乐园内摄影、摄像和录音。您进入乐园将视为您同意被摄影、摄像和录音，并同意我们将包含您肖像、声音的影像及录音用于我们的内部业务、行政和运营目的或其他相关的合法目的。

Distinguished visitors:
Welcome to ZNC LAND!
ZNC LAND is a comprehensive theme park that integrates recreation, sports, quality development, sightseeing, performing arts and cultural activities, with a commitment to offering new entertainment experiences. To ensure the safe and pleasant touring environment for all visitors, we hereby remind you to pay attention to the followings.
I. We advocate civilized tourism. Please respect other visitors and staffs, take good care of the park facilities, plants and trees, dress properly and wait in line. Do not run around or chase after each other, cross fences and green belts, or climb, taint or damage facilities. Fireworks or kongming lanterns are forbidden. Furthermore, spitting, littering or any other uncivilized behavior that may disturb others are not allowed.
II. A security check is required at the entrance of the park. To guarantee public safety and a clean environment, the following articles are prohibited:
1. Electric vehicles, bicycles, children's bicycles, trolleys (except regular-sized prams and wheelchairs), skateboards, roller shoes, and other equipment with pulleys;
2. Inflammables and explosives, dangerous goods, controlled knives, weapons, simulated weapons (such as toy guns, toy blasters), fragile items (such as glassware, etc.), easily contaminated items, and other contraband prohibited by laws and regulations;
3. All animals, including pets, except guide dogs (guide dogs shall be tethered and kept in control at all times, and guide dogs may not be allowed in some rides)
4. Large professional photography equipment, aerial cameras, large suitcases and bags, kites, disposable rain gears, swimming gears, rafts, alcoholic drinks and other articles
5. Other articles prohibited by relevant laws and regulations and other dangerous and destructive articles
III. The park adopts a one-way ticket system. Once the ticket is sold, there is no refund and the ticket will only be verified once. After leaving the park, guests are required to buy a new ticket to reenter. For any special circumstances or to temporarily leave the park, please contact the staff to register your identity information at the ticket gate and to register your fingerprint before entering the park again. We reserve the right to deny entries of visitors who use non-compliant tickets (such as forged, copied, expired or lost tickets).
IV. We provide you with a variety of facilities. After entering the park, you can choose to watch performances freely, play around or take part in themed activities. However, some interactions and games are paid services and will be charged separately. For more details, please pay attention to the service notice at the project site. Before the end of daily business, we will inform you in advance of the closing time. At that time, no service will be provided and no line will be accepted. Please arrange your itinerary properly.
V. There are safety signs and instructions at all the recreation facilities in the park. Please read them carefully and abide by them. Some facilities are restricted to people of a certain height or weight and prohibited for people with high blood pressure, heart diseases, cervical, spinal, neck and back diseases, epilepsy, asthma, fractures and joint dislocation. Pregnant women, drunken people or other people who are not suitable for strenuous exercises also should take notice. For your safety, please choose carefully according to your own situation.
VI. According to the relevant national laws and regulations, we may change the opening hours of any rides in the park, temporarily close the park or partial areas of the park, limit the number of people in the park, postpone performances or disable some facilities if there are severe weather conditions, equipment failures or due to safety requirements and equipment maintenance. In such cases, if you have checked in, the ticket will not be postponed or refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
VII. Please take good care of your personal belongings. Elderly and children should be accompanied at all times. Tourists under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a person of at least 16 or older to enter the park. Tourists under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a person of at least 16 or older for both entrance and rides. All people must line up and listen to the on-site staff.
VIII. To keep the park in order, you fully understand and consent that, without our permission, you will not engage in:
1. Illegal business, superstition, gambling, fights, trouble-seeking, theft, robbery, or pose as staff
2. Distribution, display, sale and exchange of any articles (including but not limited to printed products, recorded products, flags, banners or logos, etc.) or services (including but not limited to any form of tour guide, etc.)
3. Rallies, performances, keynotes, commercial photography, recordings, interviews, live broadcasts or other activities
4. Other violations of laws and regulations and behaviors that will possibly impose bad influence on the park or other visitors
IX. We provide you with information consultation, nursing rooms, baby care, items deposits, electronic equipment charging, lost and found, family bathroom and other services and facilities. If you need it, please contact our staff for assistance. Smoking is prohibited in the park except in designated areas.
X. We may record videos, images and voices in the park. Accessing to the Park indicates that you consent to being photographed and recorded, and your permission for us to use your images, sounds for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other related legal purposes.
XI. Please be sure to read and abide by this "Notice to Visitors". If you violate the above clauses, you may be denied entry or be asked to leave the park immediately without any conditions. We also have the right to take all the legal measures to prevent the occurrence and expansion of bad influence in a timely manner. We will contact the public security organs when necessary to maintain order.

첫째. 문명한 관광 체험을 지향하며 구내 기타 관광객과 스텝을 존중하시고 구내 시설, 장비 및 조경을 훼손하지 마시고 적절한 옷차림을 유지하고 대기시 질서있게 줄을 서주시기 바랍니다. 무리하게 뛰어다니거나 울타리, 조경지를 뛰어넘거나 함부로 바라오르거나 낙서, 서비스 시설 파손, 폭죽 및 불꽃 놀이 등을 터뜨리는 일체 행위가 없도록 하십시오. 구내에서 함부로 침, 가래를 뱉어내는 행위, 쓰레기를 함부로 버리거나 기타 제3자에 방해하는 문명하지 않은 행위가 없도록 하십시오.
둘째. 구내에 입장 할 때 능동적으로 보안 검사를 받도록 하십시오. 공공 안전 및 위생 환경을 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 물품은 공원에 반입하는 것이 금지됩니다:
1. 전기 자동차, 자전거, 아동용 자전거, 트롤리 (일반 유모차 및 휠체어 제외), 스케이트 보드, 롤러 슈즈 및 기타 도르래 장비 및 장비;

셋째. 입장권은 1표 제도를 채택하여 티켓을 판매한 후 환불이 불가하며 1회만 입장권 확인이 가능하며 공원에 입장할 경우에는 입장권을 다시 구매해야 합니다. 특별한 상황이 발생하여 일시적으로 공원을 떠나 공원에 재 입장해야 하는 경우 담당 스텝에게 연락하여 신원 정보를 개찰구에 등록하고 공원에 다시 입장가기 전에 지문을 등록하십시오. 적절하지 않은 티켓을 사용하는 방문자 (위조, 복사, 기한 만료 또는 분실 티켓 등)에 대한 입장을 거부할 권리를 보유합니다.

일곱번째. 지품을 잘 보관하고 동행 노약자를 보살피십시오. 16 세 미만의 관광객은 16 세 이상 관광객과 동행해야 하며 8 세 미만 관광객의 경우에는 반드시 16이상 관광객이 동행해야 합니다. 모든 동행자는 함께 일렬로 나란히 서서 줄을 서서 대기해야 하며 현장 스텝의 안내에 따라야 합니다.
여덟번째. 공원의 질서를 유지하기 위해 귀하는 다음과 같은 행위가 허락 없이는 수행되지 않을 것이라는 것을 충분히 이해하고 동의합니다:
1. 불법적 인 경영, 미신, 도박, 폭력, 도둑질, 스텝으로 가장하는 등 불법 행위;
2. 인쇄물, 녹화물, 깃발, 배너 또는 로고를 포함 하나 이에 국한되지 않는 모든 품목 (모든 형태의 안내 서비스 등을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음) 배포, 전시, 판매, 교환;
3. 집회, 공연, 기조 연설, 상업 촬영, 녹음, 인터뷰, 생방송 또는 기타 활동;
4. 기타 법규 위반 및 공원이나 다른 방문객에게 미칠 수 있는 부적절한 행위.
아홉번째. 정보 문의, 유모방, 베이비 케어, 물품 보관, 전자 장치 충전, 분실물 수령, 가족 화장실, 흡연실 및 기타 서비스 및 시설을 제공합니다. 필요한 경우, 스텝에게 도움을 요청하십시오. 지정된 지역을 제외하고는 구내에서 흡연이 금지됩니다.
열번째.구내 촬영, 녹화, 녹음이 진행될 수 있습니다. 구내에 입장하실 경우,촬영, 녹화 촬영 및 녹음에 대한 귀하의 동의로 간주되며, 귀하의 초상, 음성, 영상물을 운영 목적 또는 기타 관련 합법적인 목적으로 이미지 및 사운드를 사용할 것에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
